What do I do to request a refund?
You have three options. Use the refund link in the Hotmart email from your purchase. Or open the purchase after signing in at consumer.hotmart.com. Or write to [email protected] and include the email you bought with.

The money returns to the same card or PayPal account. Banks usually need 5–10 business days to show it.

You owe nothing. Cancel during the first 7 days and you will not be charged.

To the first payment, yes. The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to your first membership payment.

Sign in at consumer.hotmart.com, open the membership, choose payment settings, then cancel subscription. You may also write to [email protected] for help.
Your video lesson emails continue until the end of the month you have paid. No further charges follow.
A forgotten cancellation
I forgot to cancel, or a charge looks wrong. What then?
Forgot to cancel? Write to me within 15 days of that charge and I'll refund it.

Does unsubscribing from the video lesson emails cancel my payments?
No, it stops the video lesson emails only. Payments stop when you cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.
Beyond the window
Can I write after the 15 days have passed?
After that, write to me anyway. A refund is never refused.
